- My dibo is showing “noch”

- TV is showing no signal. The channel number changes on the dibo, but the change is not seen on the TV.
- The Dibo is asking for a parental lock and is not changing the channel.
- Some of the channels are missing.
- Dibo not showing channels, but the channel info bar can be seen, check to see the signal levels on the right of the information bar.
- Dibo not responding to the remote
- Dibo is stuck on “boot” or “load”

Dibo not showing channels, but the channel info bar can be seen, check to see the signal levels on the right of the information bar.
- This will be “S” & “Q”, if the levels are showing more than half on both: (i)proceed to power off the Dibo
- Remove the card that is inserted into the Dibo. Once the card has been removed, check to see the underside where a gold chip will be located.
- Proceed in cleaning the chip with a clean cloth and then re-inserting the card with the chip-side facing down.
- Power on Dibo and check if the issue has been resolved.
